Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Weill was an Analyst at Credit Suisse's Investment Banking Division, in its Financial Institutions Group focused on Latin America. While at Credit Suisse, Mr. Weill helped advise various clients on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity transactions.

Mr. Weill is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A. 2006) with a major in Economics.
